What this site collects, why, and how to get it removed.

This site is run by Vamos256 Music Inc. for Vamos 256. It collects as little as possible, and only what is needed to reply to you or send you something you asked for.
What is collected
If you subscribe to the mailing list: your email address.
If you use the contact or label enquiry forms: your name, email, and anything else you choose to type, including a phone number and links to your music.
If you place an order: your name, phone number, and the delivery details you provide.
If you start a tip or donation: the amount, plus your name and message if you give them.
What is never collected
No card numbers, bank details, or payment credentials are collected or stored anywhere on this site. Payment for orders, tips and donations is arranged directly with you over WhatsApp, outside this website.
Why it is collected
To reply to your message, fulfil your order, or send you the updates you subscribed to. Nothing more.
Who it is shared with
Nobody. Your details are not sold, rented, or passed to third parties for marketing.
The only exception is where the law requires disclosure.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages get read. It records general usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, and device type. It is not used to identify you personally, and you can block it with any standard browser setting or extension.
How long it is kept
Mailing list entries are kept until you unsubscribe. Messages, enquiries and orders are kept while they are useful for running the business, then deleted.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to the address below and it will be done.
